Hamilton, ON, CAN and Honey Brook, PA, USA – Durisol Ltd. and Faddis Concrete Products have announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement whereby the “Powell Group of Companies” will acquire Faddis. The transaction is the start of two already well-known and industry recognized brands working together synonymously.

Through a period of extensive review and consideration, the strategic assessment determined there is an important place for both brands in the marketplace.
